Mrs. Magician's latest 7 inch, PRESCRIPTION VISION, will be coming out on Grizzly. extremely stoked to get some awesome tracks from these guys, you haven't heard em yet, but my fortune teller told me today they will sell out before the world implodes next year so they gotta be good.

we FINALLY released a few DUDES songs for your enjoyment and they are in the form of a FREE 7 song digital download EP entitled DUDES // AV Club. you can download it from the Grizzly Records bandcamp, DUDES bandcamp or the release page.

AV Club is just a teaser EP to get everyones aural senses prepared for the NARCISSISTS ANONYMOUS EP which will be released soon this summer along with the DUDES RPG computer video game.

KYNAN has released yet another round of brain banging jams with the Kool Guyz single b/s I Wanna Hold U Now.

Welcome KYNAN to the grizz fam!!!! Super stoked to have this little laptop wizard busting out some cool jams for us. you NEED to immediately go check out his cover of Prince's Purple Rain, here featured on ALTERED ZONES. his album, "Try Harder" will be posted this week IS POSTED HERE FOR FREE DOWNLOAD! and check out the follow up "Birthday Blues" which will be released feb 28th.

i have been going through and trying to upload all the grizzly releases as free mp3 downloads because we basically just want more people to check out all the stuff we got to offer over here. if you like it, show it to friends, blast it in your el camino, go see a show, or maybe even buy a physical copy... totally up to you.

unfortunately the grizzly site has been a huge pain for hosting said mp3 album zip files so it has been a long process. so far i have BoomSnake's "Re/Visions" and Nature's Kid's "LOOPS" available for free download. Expect KYNAN's "Try Harder (January Mix)" to be up asap followed by the other releases.

Johnny Whopper: DUDES - King of the Hips

Johnny Whopper: DUDES - King of the Hips: "DUDES is an elusive solo-project or group project from San Diego. Their only page contains no information on who or how many people are in the band. It certainly seems that some of the members from Da Bears have something to do with DUDES. But all of this doesn't matter. With an EP due out at some point this year, DUDES have created some sweet tunes that are rather endearing. Until NARCISSISTS ANONYMOUS comes out, dig on the above mp3 and this video."

The new year brought some exciting stuff for us. Da Bears called it quits but DUDES rang in 2011 with their first show at a packed Tin Can Ale House with D/Wolves on New Year's Eve.



Algernon Cadwallader has also graced the west coast with their presence, heading from San Diego to Seattle in early January. Their show is just as amazing as ever. if you get a chance, you should really go check em out. They are playing pretty much all all-ages shows for as cheap (or free) as possible. Check the tour dates below
